That’s correct folks – you did not misread the headline…<\/strong><\/p>\n

The driver, from Whitby, was\u00a0caught by a police safety camera van driving for around 30 seconds with both hands off the steering wheel.<\/p>\n

At Scarborough Magistrates’ Court, the driver argued that he was in control of the vehicle, however he was given a ban, 100 hours of unpaid work in the community, along with a fine.<\/p>\n

In my line of work I see instances on a daily basis whereby the actions and risks taken by others actually beggars belief. \u00a0The risk factors I witness generally range from careless, all of the way through to plain old stupidity…<\/p>\n
