It seems that by paying monthly for car insurance is costing motorists\u00a0\u00a3682 million more than it would by paying the total fee up-front.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Statistics found that almost a third of people currently pay for their insurance premium on a monthly basis, which in turn equates to an average additional cost of \u00a388 for the privilege of doing so.<\/p>\n

The statistics also show that the average interest rates among insurers was 23%.<\/p>\n
