FIRST-TIME PASS ALERT!
A MASSIVE congratulations go to Emily Pearce of Sunderland on passing her practical driving test this morning at Sunderland DTC for the very first time!
Yes, Emily! Fantastic work.
Emily drove like an absolute star despite the miserable, low light, and rainy conditions throughout. It’s not easy driving in such situations with an examiner scrutinising your every move. Nice.
Another proud instructor moment. Never in doubt and thoroughly deserved. No question.
Upon hearing the examiner inform her she had passed, there was a short, sharp intake of breath as Emily processed what she was hearing. A beaming smile followed this! What a lovely moment.
Oh, and let’s not forget that Emily has earned her place in the much-coveted Chris Chambers School of Motoring Hall of Fame and Class of 2023!
What is there left to say? It’s been an absolute pleasure, Emily. I’m genuinely delighted for you, and it’s been a joy to have been a part of your journey. Go and embrace the satisfaction and freedom that comes with having worked so hard to achieve this.
Enjoy every moment of your success and a sincere thank you to yourself and your parents for placing your collective trust in me and allowing me to do my job without question.
More exciting times are ahead as you head off to university, and I wish you only the very best for your future endeavours.
Stay safe out there!
Chris.
