As anyone who knows me will attest, I take what I do for a living very seriously. In my constant pursuit to ensure that I provide the very highest standards of driver training and education to my customers, I actively undertake continuing professional development (CPD).
The undertaking of CPD is currently not a mandatory requirement of the driver education and training profession; however, I am very conscious of my need to identify my own learning requirements in an effort to progressively and purposefully build upon my existing knowledge and expertise.
Happily, as of November 2015, I am an officially qualified Level 3 Assessor in Vocational Achievement.
