Naturally, we are in the Winter months, and of course the arrival of the dreaded snow is inevitable.
Snow on the roads is never a a good thing for a motorist, however it is something we must deal with.
Essentially, depending on the severity of the snowy conditions, you should consider if your journey is necessary, and if it is, allow more time for your journey while keeping your speed low, and use as high a gear as possible in order to reduce the chances the wheels spinning.
Ensure that you increase the distance around your vehicle at all times: remember that stopping distances will be vastly increased in such conditions.
These are just a couple of quick nuggets of advice. One more piece of advice: DON’T PANIC!
😉
As always – stay safe good people!
