Measures aimed at lowering motoring costs have been announced by the government.
One such measure is to freeze the current maximum cost for an MOT test for a car at £54.85 until 2015. In addition to this, there looks to be a big crack down on the current ‘compensation culture’ for claims such as whiplash.
