Shoppers visiting a local Tesco Express store in Birmingham have been met by quite a bizarre sight – its seven parking bays located outside the store have been blocked with bollards by the local council!
It appears that five of the seven spaces are now completely unusable for purpose.
According to the article, a spokesperson for Tesco said that the store objected to the bollards being installed at the time, and agree with its customers who would like to see the bollards removed.
