Statistics from London’s Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) claim that half of all car thefts in London last year were actually committed without the use of force.
The statistics suggest that gone are the days of smashing windows or even breaking into cars with crowbars, as it is thought that car criminals are using technology designed for locksmiths in order to gain access to, and take a vehicle, without raising suspicion.
It seems that such gadgets can easily found online and can be purchased fairly cheaply.
For me, the very fact that “how to” video tutorials have been made to essentially teach car criminals how to use them, just goes to show the blatant front displayed by those responsible for making such technology.
