Driving Lessons Sunderland: Motorway Speeds To Get Slower?

The chief executive of the Highways Agency who is in charge of Britain’s roads, Graham Dalton, has said that it is likely that motorway speeds will get “slower and slower”.

It has been said that motorists should begin to get used to driving at slower speeds, as motorway speeds were still not fast enough during busy times of the day, and it has been suggested there was now an unofficial target of 40mph.
