According to a new poll commissioned by ContractHireAndLeasing.com, has found that many of the UK’s drivers may not be quite as honest as they should!
Worryingly, the findings showed that a not inconsiderable 30% of drivers said that they would consider leaving the scene of an accident after causing minor damage. Even more concerning, 4% said they would even leave if extensive damage was caused.
Ultimately, it seems that the honesty of a driver varies extensively between age, location and income.
Sadly, the research found that motorists in my neck of the woods – the North-East – appear to be the most dishonest!
There must be an error in the figures that’s all I can say!
