Job satisfaction – how many people can honestly say that they have it?
Well, fortunately for me I do. . . by the bucket load!
Yes, naturally there can be days that are less satisfying than others (it can be hard work at times), but hey, I am human after all (honest!).
And the main contributor to this job satisfaction I hear you ask?
In a word: PEOPLE.
I love all things cars and, of course, I love skill that I teach, but ultimately it’s the characters I meet and the success that they achieve that places the biggest smile on my face!
Seeing a student overcome a hurdle? Brilliant!
Seeing a students’ face light up when they are told that they have passed their driving test? . . . PRICELESS!
So, before I become too sentimental (!) I just want to say a HUGE and sincere ‘thank you’ to all of my students’ past and present (you know who you are. . . !) for choosing me and allowing me to be a part of your success.
