Whatever Happened To Common Sense And Responsibility? Part 3…

By | 01/11/2013

Hot on the heels of a recent blog post regarding irresponsibility behind the wheel, I have another example for you!

Previously I highlighted a (not isolated) incident whereby a motorist was spotted having a shave while driving.  This time, even though along the same lines, I feel goes to a whole new level.

This time a reckless driver was caught eating a bowl of cereal, with the bowl being placed in his lap, while driving at 35mph one-handed through Edinburgh city centre.  Furthermore, when the driver stops at traffic lights he even tips the bowl to his mouth with his hands to drink the last dregs of milk..!

I certainly hope he enjoyed it!

So transfixed was the man by his cereal that he did not even notice an exasperated cyclist who was capturing this act of recklessness in full on his helmet camera.
