I am sure we have all heard the joke, “How many men does it take to change a light bulb?”
Well I can tell you the answer… SEVEN! And I have proof!
The Daily Mail have images taken on a dual carriageway which shows that it appears to indeed take seven council road workers just to change one light bulb.
That’s right folks! One man to check a traffic light, and six men, of course in high-visibility jackets (Health & Safety don’t forget!) standing around with their arms crossed!
Yes, it beggars belief!
