Naturally, in the current financial climate cost can be a major factor to consider when deciding to purchase, well, pretty much anything.
In my experience, the cost of an item or in the case of driving lessons, generally also relates to and indicates its quality. A high quality item or service will come at a premium, and as tempting as it may be, choosing the cheapest option available to you may not be the best or most economical option in the long run!
You could say, “Pay cheap now, pay more later”.
There is a general perception that all driving schools are the same, and they only really differ in regards to cost. Trust me, this is not the case! Whilst not all “cheap” offers are the same, it’s certainly worth taking a moment to ask yourself what actual value you are getting from them, and why, or even how a professional service such as driving lessons can be provided so cheaply to begin with?
In addition to this, it is certainly worth noting that when choosing a driving school, the hourly rate is only a small part of the story!
As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for”. If you look hard enough and wait long enough you will always find someone who will do it cheaper.
I think the brilliant image below just about makes my point..!

As always – stay safe good people!
