The term ‘hero’ is a one which is thrown around far too frequently nowadays in my opinion. However, the actions of someone of whom can be considered as a true hero are highlighted in an news article I have stumbled upon in The Daily Mail. When truck driver and Father-of-four Bob Rennie, 46, found himself following […]
Hot on the heels of my post yesterday concerning a motorist driving with the bonnet of his vehicle up (*shakes head*), such acts of driving madness, it seems, are not isolated. An article on ‘This Is Hampshire.Net’ has reported a story about a motorist spotted having a shave while driving! That’s right people: Having a […]
What was this person thinking?!? A man has been spotted on a 50mph stretch of busy dual carriageway in Hampshire with what appeared to be a battery charger (it was more likely to be a portable battery jump-start pack TBH) still attached to his car! Now then, I’ve witnessed some crazy things on the roads […]
Results of a survey by insurance comparison site Confused.com have suggested that if you want to drive safely, then you should leave your other half at home! So, it’s official then: Women actually think that drivers of expensive sports cars are arrogant, self-centred and dangerous. That’s right fellas, new research has shown that while you thought that driving around in your expensive, flashy motor was the way to a woman’s heart… well, it appears that you were wrong! Who’d have thunk it, eh…! Don’t […]
Four people were found guilty at Sheffield Crown Court for their part in a £500,000 fraud conspiracy. The gang, described by Police as a “a professionally-planned, highly-organised group”, deliberately crashed a 12 tonne bus with 26 passengers on board. Seven other people had already pleaded guilty to their part in the conspiracy. For me, it is […]
In the day and age we live in, the number of surveillance cameras monitoring our every move is on the increase – so much so, that people actually seem to forget that the cameras are there! It has essentially become the everyday norm. Overall, I personally feel that there are far too many of them, but […]
